Paul is a mechanical engineer by degree and a dreamer by inclination. Paul’s specialties include product development, process engineering, manufacturing strategy and new business development. His career has encompassed a broad range of products, manufacturing technologies and commercial start-ups, largely involving fully automated manufacturing of technical products and complex assemblies.

Norman Olson
Director of Marketing & Business Affairs
Norman is a chemical engineer by degree and a hard-boiled businessperson by inclination. Norman’s specialties include electronics manufacturing, channel marketing, international supply chain management and international commerce. His career has encompassed a wide range of business, industries and marketing channels.
